This policy explains what information ClickFlow Systems LLC ("ClickFlow", "we", "us") collects when you visit clickflow.world or work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect the minimum we need to talk to you and do the work, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Information we collect

You may provide information directly when you book a call, fill out a form, or email us:

• Contact details such as your name, email address, phone number, and company name
• Business information you share about your goals, tools, and workflows so we can scope and deliver services
• Payment and billing details when you purchase services, processed by our payment providers

Some information is collected automatically when you visit the site, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URLs. This comes from standard server logs and the infrastructure that hosts the site.

We also obtain business contact information, such as your name, role, company, and work email, from public sources and reputable third-party providers in order to reach out to businesses that may benefit from our services. Every such email identifies us and includes a way to opt out, and we honor opt-outs permanently.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only what they need to do their job:

• Hosting and content delivery (Cloudflare)
• Scheduling and forms (Typeform)
• Payment processing (Stripe and our banking providers)
• Email, CRM, and project tools used to deliver services

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, and in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or sale.

Cookies

The site itself keeps cookies to a minimum. Embedded third-party services such as Typeform may set their own cookies when you use them; those are governed by their own privacy policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as we have an ongoing business purpose for it, and as required for legal, accounting, and tax records. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Security

We use reputable providers, access controls, and encryption in transit to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the data we hold.

Your choices and rights

• You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email or by replying
• You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• You can ask us to correct or delete your information, and we will honor the request unless we are legally required to keep it

ClickFlow is a United States business and information is processed in the United States. By using the site or working with us, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the US.
